Senior Drupal Developer:

Commerce Guys seeks qualified Drupal developers to join our elite development team.

The position:

• Understand overall goals of a project, ask questions when you're not sure
• Write clean, well-engineered code, respectful of the Drupal development standards
• Test the web applications that you have developed
• Communicate effectively with project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders of the project.

We are focused on e-commerce, and often have to develop nice applications in the following areas:

• Check-out process
• ERP or CRM integration
• Site configuration, Custom module development
• Theming and advanced theming
• Multilingual web sites
• Scalable applications
• Social network integration (especially with Facebook, foursquare and twitter)

PHP/MySQL Web Developer:

We are seeking a PHP/MySQL web developer who likes to dream big in a fun atmosphere. We love new ideas, new applications and creating new worlds online.

Your primary job tasks will include:

• Development of LAMP based web applications; back end with PHP/MySQL, front end with jQuery/CSS/HTML5
• Utilizing third-party API services; SOAP services supporting json/xml
• Developing scripted processes; scheduled tasks, system maintenance, data migrations, etc.
• Work closely with and incorporate feedback from project managers and other programmers.

Desired qualifications:

• Excellent programming skills in PHP/MySQL.
• An understanding of the issues surrounding concurrent user websites and scalability.
• Strong competence of web development (PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Working knowledge of source control software (Git, Subversion, etc.)
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux
• Understanding of Linux shell and common utilities (cron, logrotate, etc.)

Project Managers:

We are hiring for senior project managers to clients services director and here's what we expect you to do:

• Create a transparent, positive and long term relationship with your client
• Participate in the pre-sales bids and project evaluation
• Write down precise and clean specifications for the projects you're in charge
• Coordonate the development team (planing, task assignment, scheduling...)
• Monitor the projects to deliver it on the expected schedule and quality
• Communicate efficiently with the entire team and stakeholders of the project
• Do an efficient reporting and follow up billing
• Identify future needs and reselling opportunities
